Abstract

Abstract Porcine pancreatic lipase catalyzed the highly enantioselective hydrolysis of a kind of α-substituted carboxylic esters, i.e., the 2,2,2-trifluoroethyl esters of the N-benzyloxycarbonyl derivatives of unusual amino acids.
