Efficacy of methotrexate-loaded poly(<i>ε</i>-caprolactone) implants in Ehrlich solid tumor-bearing mice

Abstract

These implantable devices represented a contribution to improve the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy treatments, promoting long-term local drug accumulation in the targeted site.
