Of course everybody talks about ‘f—Churchill’ or ‘that bastard Churchillrsquo; when war grievances are being aired. Sometimes one will hear a good word for Cripps these days; but I vividly remember a big Pioneer Corps guy from the North aged about 30 bellow at the end of a discussion ‘F—’em all, I say ‐ F— all politics! 1
