CMOS current conveyor

Abstract

A novel configuration, for the realisation of current conveyors in CMOS technology is proposed. The operation of this circuit, which is based on a high-gain differential closed loop structure, is presented. Simulation results have shown remarkable performance characteristics, namely high-frequency bandwidth, accurate and linear operation, and temperature insensitivity.
