A Case of Steatocystoma Simplex on the Head

Abstract A 69‐year‐old Caucasian American man had a dome‐shaped tumor on his head without any other involvement. On his first visit, we considered epidermal cyst or trichilemmal cyst clinically; however histopathological features matched those of steatocystoma simplex.
