Exact, closed-form eigenfunctions for the harmonic, quadrupole surface vibration model of Bohr are developed. These angular momentum labeled, multiplicity-resolved functions of $\ensuremath{\beta}$, $\ensuremath{\gamma}$, and the Euler angles are valid for an arbitrary number of phonons.NUCLEAR STRUCTURE Exact $\ensuremath{\gamma}$-vibration solutions, multiplicity resolved; theory.
