Lithium- and gallium-doped nickel oxide

Abstract

Evidence from crystallographic structure and electrical conductivity suggests that when NiO is doped with gallium a second phase of nickel gallium spinel NiGa2O4 is formed. In contrast, in lithium-doped NiO the impurity is incorporated into the NiO lattice.
