Dual-element induction cooking unit using power MOSFETs

Abstract

This paper describes a dual-element induction cooking unit using power MOSFETs. The circuit is based on a single-ended push-pull design which enables individual full-range power control of two induction cooking elements from one inverter power supply. Throughout the work provision is made for the inclusion of individual-element automatic power level circuitry.
