The Registry of the International Criminal Court is responsible for the non‑judicial aspects of the Court’s administration, while the Judges handle judicial matters. This article examines three specific obligations of the ICC Registry concerning victims’ and witnesses’ protection and support, legal aid for defendants and victims, and the organization of family visits to detained persons. The article references ICC registry notes (e.g., ICC‑01/04‑01/07‑776, ICC‑01/04‑01/06‑1556, ICC‑ASP/6/4 Annex IV p 16, ICC‑01/05‑01/08‑567‑Red, ICC‑01/05‑01/08‑596‑Red, ICC‑RoR217‑02/08‑8) and the Rome Statute preamble paragraph 11.
