Abstract

Since this report was written, 3 haemophiliacs have been reported to develop pulmonary oedema after transfusion of fresh frozen plasma and 1 of them died. 1 received a transfusion containing white cell antibodies and another Gm antibodies (Kernoff et al., 1972).
