Radiation defects in Li <sub>6</sub> Gd(BO <sub>3</sub> ) <sub>3</sub> :Eu <sup>3+</sup> single crystals

Radiation defects in β-irradiated Li6Gd(BO3)3:Eu3+ single crystals have been studied by means of thermally stimulated luminescence, radioluminescence, photoluminescence, optical absorption and thermal annealing methods.
