Experimental results are shown on the frequency stabilization of a GaAlAs laser using a Doppler-free spectrum in the saturated absorption of the Cs-D <inf xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">2</inf> line at 852.1 nm. The frequency stability (Allan variance) between <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">3.0 \times 10^{-12}</tex> and <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">1.0 \times 10^{11}</tex> was obtained at the averaging time between 0.1 and 1000 s.
