Femtosecond optical Kerr effect measurements were performed on neat pyrrole, neat deuterated pyrrole-d5 and mixtures with ethyl-ether. Underdamped oscillatory motion is observed that is shown to be due to intermolecular vibration of pyrrole dimers.
