Coherent scattering of exciton polaritons and acoustic phonons in a ZnO single crystal

Abstract

A successful sophisticated nonlinear optical experiment that reveals a strong exciton-polariton effect in a technologically important wide band gap semiconductor. Such experiments should help develop acoustic phonon modulated polariton devices.
