Wave Scattering

Wave Scattering is a physical phenomenon within wave propagation in structures whereby incident wave energy is redistributed in multiple directions due to interactions with discontinuities, boundaries, or inhomogeneities, distinguishing it from coherent or direct wave transmission by introducing multipath effects governed by scattering theory.
