Abstract The enthalpies of formation of silver‐silicon, gold‐silicon and silver‐gold‐silicon were determined at 1423 K over a large concentration range; a very high temperature calorimeter was used for these investigations. Our ternary experimental results were represented correctly with a modified Kohler's relation.
