It has been previously demonstrated that such complexes are phagocytized by normal leukocytes in vitro (2).The purpose of the present study is to examine a wide variety of joint fluids by specific immunologic techniques in an attempt to determine whether gamma globulin-rheumatoid factor complexes are present within the cytoplasm of joint fluid leukocytes and, if so, under what conditions these occur....References1.
