Abstract

ABSTRACT We report here a one-step synthesis of new heterocyclic compounds: [1,2,4]triazolo[5,4-b][1,3,4]benzotriazepin-6-ones 3a–c and [1,2,4]oxadiazolo[5,4-b][1,3,4]benzotriazepin-6-one 5 by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of nitrilimines and nitrile oxide with the 1,3,4-benzotriazepin-5-one 1.
