Paraganglioma of the nasal cavity

Abstract

Abstract A rare case of nasal paraganglioma is described. The tumor presented as a bleeding polyp originating from the middle turbinate. Histological evaluation was based on light and electron microscopy and the findings are discussed in detail. The tumor was locally excised.
