Abstract

• Malacoplakia, a rare granulomatous disease found in patients with altered immune responsiveness, previously has been reported to involve the kidney and bladder of two renal transplant recipients. A case of malacoplakia of the skin and subcutaneous tissues occurred in a patient with a successful transplant. (<i>Arch Dermatol</i>1981;117:654-655)
