Evaluation of the Reproducibility of the Naranjo Adverse Drug Reaction Probability Scale Score in Published Case Reports

Abstract

Exact agreement between raters' scores and the published APS score was infrequent. We recommend that authors of case reports include all pertinent details of the case and that journals ensure the robustness of the causality assessment during peer review.
