Lattice Absorption Bands in Indium Antimonide

Abstract

A series of detailed measurements of the absorption spectrum of high quality single crystals of n-type indium antimonide has been made in the wavelength range 15 to 130 μ, and over the temperature range 4.2 to 90°K.
