Oscillator strengths for 83 observed multiplets of Si II have been compared from the literature up to the end of 1984. We report a single adopted value for each multiplet. For line strengths, we assume theoretical LS ratios inside multiplets. Coulomb approximation is used to estimate missing values for the higher members of series. More than 70% of the Si II observed multiplets now have a reliable oscillator strength value.
