Raman Scattering Study on Unoxidized Antimony in Anodic Oxide-Films of InSb

Raman scattering measurements were carried out to detect antimony in anodic oxide-films of InSb. It was found that no antimony inclusion was present in the as-grown film, in contrast to the case of a thermally oxidized surface. Antimony inclusion was, however, detected for samples which were subjected to annealing for 10 min at temperatures above 260°C after anodization.
