Chromosome rearrangement at 17q25 and Xp11.2 in alveolar soft-part sarcoma

Abstract

This case report documents a clonal chromosome abnormality of der(17)t(X;17)(p11.2;q25) in ASPS. The results of the current study indicate that further molecular analyses focused on 17q25 and Xp11.2 are of interest and could help to elucidate the pathogenesis of ASPS.
