For the first time, an aqueous micellar medium (sodium dodecyl sulfate, SDS) is used, at Pt electrodes, to electrosynthesize poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT) conducting films deposited at lower potential than in acetonitrile and presenting a well organized structure.
