The localized spin fluctuation theory is shown to account for the observed values of the ratio $\ensuremath{\xi}=(\frac{\ensuremath{\chi}d\ensuremath{\gamma}}{\mathrm{dc}}){(\frac{\ensuremath{\gamma}d\ensuremath{\chi}}{\mathrm{dc}})}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ in a number of dilute alloys of the AIMn type, when orbital degeneracy and intra-atomic Hund's rule coupling of the impurity are taken into account.
