Delays in treating patients with good grade subarachnoid haemorrhage in London

Abstract

We have identified significant delays in treating three quarters of good grade SAH patients in London. This appears to be due to a lack of next day treatment availability. A collaborative strategy between the seven London neurosurgical units could reduce treatment delays.
