Familial mixed tumors of the parotid gland

Abstract

We discuss bilateral mixed tumors, familial parotid tumors, and the potential for a genetic predisposition for the recurrence of such parotid tumors, as suggested by characteristic chromosomal translocations associated with mixed tumors.
