Retinoid X receptor expression in the normal pituitary and clinically ‘non‐functioning’ pituitary tumours

Abstract

We propose that abnormal RXR isoform expression in clinically 'non-functioning' pituitary tumours may contribute to abnormal T3-mediated negative regulation of alpha-subunit production.
