Generalization of decoupling control

Abstract

This correspondence develops sufficient conditions for decoupling of an <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">r</tex> -input <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">m</tex> -output multivariable control system via control law with a rectangular feedforward matrix. A synthesis example of the decoupling control system is given and studied.
