The Glioma-Polyposis Syndrome

Abstract

FAMILIAL polyposis of the colon may be associated with osteomas, fibromas and sebaceous cysts in the Gardner syndrome,1 with endocrine adenomatosis2 and with brain tumors.3 The association with brain tumors was reported by Turcot et al.3 in 1959. To our knowledge the family reported herein (Fig. 1) is the second example of this syndrome.Case ReportCase 1. D.F.
