Effect of Temozolomide in Patients with Metastatic Bronchial Carcinoids

Abstract

Temozolomide as monotherapy shows activity in metastatic bronchial carcinoids. Regimens combining temozolomide with other agents (e.g. capecitabine and/or bevacizumab, everolimus, radiolabeled somatostatin analogues) should be further studied in these patients.
