Protection of Mice from Ricin Poisoning by Treatment with Antibodies Directed Against Ricin

Abstract

Rabbit antibody directed against ricin was shown to have some beneficial effects in prolonging the life of mice given intraperitoneal inoculations of ricin, particularly if antibody was given shortly (up to 3 h) after ricin.
