Experimental Determination of the Dipole Moments of Organic Molecules in Excited Electronic States

Abstract

Modern experimental methods for the determination of dipole moments of organic molecules in excited electronic states are reviewed in detail and their relative merits are discussed. The principal results obtained with the aid of these methods are presented (compiled in a Table). The bibliography includes 88 references.
