Abstract

• A case of malignant granular cell tumor originating on the tongue and metastasizing to a cervical lymph node is reported. Histologic, ultrastructural, and clinical evidence is presented that supports this diagnosis. A comparison is made between this tumor and other reported lingual granular cell tumors.
