Abstract

We concluded that 12-lead ECG is a cheap, easy, and readily obtainable diagnostic approach in discrimination of IRA and its culprit lesion segment. However, despite high specificity, due to moderate degree sensitivity, its value for the diagnosis of RVMI is questionable.
