The structural properties of two nonperiodic square-triangle tilings of the plane with sixfold symmetry are described. Simple deterministic inflation rules for constructing the tilings are proposed. One of the tilings is quasiperiodic with bounded fractal acceptance domain. The second tiling is non-Pisot with unbounded fluctuations in perpendicular space.
