Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) studies of P-doped hydrogenated amorphous silicon (a-Si:H) show characteristic behaviors of glass transition phenomena as frequently found in conventional melt-quenched glasses. The glass transition temperature ( T g ) detected by DSC agrees well with the equilibration temperature ( T E ) determined by the temperature dependence of dc conductivity. Regarding the influence of hydrogen content, T g decreases as hydrogen content increases.
