An extension of Feynman's bremsstrahlung analogy to general quark-line diagrams gives a highest Regge intercept ${\ensuremath{\alpha}}_{n}(0)=1\ensuremath{-}(\frac{1}{2})\ensuremath{\Sigma}{i}^{}{C}_{i}$ for an $n$-quark system, where ${C}_{i}$ is a flavor-dependent constant associated with each quark in the system. Consequences for multiquark spectroscopy are discussed.
