METHODSWe present the following description of the methods which have been used in the laboratory of the Depart- ment of Bacteriology and Immunology at the Harvard Medical School in testing for certain of the antibodies.In addition is included reference to the procedure adopted by Doctors A. Wadsworth and M. Kirkbride and Miss J. Hendry, at the State of New York Department of Health Laboratories, for determining the streptococcal antitoxin content of the fractions.
