The mechanism of the mechanochemical conversion has not yet been clarified from the statistical mechanical point of view. The authorll proposed that the appearance of instability in the internal state of the motile enzyme system that converts the chemical of energy rich compounds such as ATP or GTP to the mechanical of its deformation is the cause of the conversion dynamics. In the present communication we shall propose a set of phenomenological equations that describes the biological motility in terms of nonlinear dynamics of the motile enzyme, taking the muscular contraction as an example.
