Abstract A series of nitrogen‐containing spiro[4. n ]alkenes was prepared with excellent yields starting from lactams in two steps: allylboration on the carbonyl carbon and subsequent ring‐closing metathesis of the 2,2‐diallyl N‐heterocycles.
