Job Strain and Adverse Health Behaviors: The Finnish Public Sector Study

Abstract

Adverse job conditions may increase the likelihood of co-occurring health risk behaviors. Reducing work stress by increasing job control and decreasing psychologic demands might help efforts to promote healthy lifestyles.
