Abstract

This study confirms the feasibility of carrying out ABPM with an adapted device in HF patients with atrial fibrillation. ABPM allows diagnosis to be more precise than the clinical measuring of BP abnormalities, which have a pejorative prognosis (e.g. hypertension, hypotension, nondipper status).
