The magnetic resonance spectrum of the $^{4}S$ ground state of atomic nitrogen-14 has been observed using the microwave absorption method. The magnetic-dipole hyperfine interaction constant is $A=10.45\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.02 \mathrm{Mc}/sec.$ No evidence was obtained for electric quadrupole interaction.
