MICROBIOLOGICAL DETERMINATION OF THREONINE IN PROTEINS AND FOODS

Abstract

In only eight of t,he sixteen articles describing media for the determination of threonine (l-16) have the authors actually developed st,andard curves and assayed materials. Five of these eight publications outline the use of Streptococcus fuecalis
