A 79-year-old white man had angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia. A biopsy specimen of the lesion was studied with both light and electron microscopy. Hyperplasia of the cytoplasmic filaments was the most prominent feature of the endothelial cells. To our knowledge, this is the first electron microscopical study of angiolymphoid hyperplasia with eosinophilia.
