Jigsaw Cooperative Learning in English Reading

Abstract

Nowadays, English reading is playing a more and more important role in international communication and cooperation. However, teachers often do not attach much importance to English reading in the classroom. In order to reform traditional reading teaching approaches, the author tries to combine jigsaw cooperative learning with the teaching of English reading for the purpose of confirming that cooperative learning is more effective in teaching English reading in Colleges.
