A review is given of distortions with a practical apparatus. These distortions are analyzed an declassified into three groups. The first group inspectra, and the second group evolves the fine structure spectra with single, double, or more spectral lines, narrow bands, etc. In addition to systematic distortions of the first and second groups, the differences between the true and observed distributions can be caused by other factors which lead to accidental mistakes in measurements. Thus, the third group deals with mistakes affecting the changes in parameters, fluctuations in the receiver, etc.
